    605 Club XC Summer Program
    605 Club XC Summer Program The 605 Club XC Summer Program is a summer cross country training experience designed by the coaching staff at 605 Running Company. This program is built to help middle school and high school athletes prepare for the upcoming cross country season through individualized training, professional coaching support, mindset development, and consistent group accountability. Athletes will receive: Individual training plans designed by Coach Jacqui Meadors Professional run analysis with Coach Derrick Ettel Group and individual mindset sessions with Coach Lauren Vanee-Brouwer Weekly group runs facilitated by Store Owner and Coach Greg Koch The program includes a combination of in-person sessions, remote sessions, and regular communication with coaches throughout the summer. Who Is This Program For? The 605 Club XC Summer Program is designed for cross country athletes ages 11–18 who want to build confidence, consistency, and a stronger foundation heading into their fall season. Athletes will be divided into two training groups: Ages 11–14 Ages 15–18 Training and communication will be tailored to each age group to create an encouraging and productive training environment for athletes of varying experience levels. Whether you're new to cross country or already competing at a high level, this program is designed to help athletes improve physically and mentally while building connections within the Sioux Falls running community. Tentative Schedule All in-person group runs with Coach Greg begin at 10:00 AM. June 23 Introduction to Coach Jacqui + Group Run with Coach Greg Location: The Bridges Store June 30 Group Zoom Session with Coach Lauren Individual mindset sessions to be scheduled after July 7 Introduction to Coach Derrick + Group Run with Coach Greg Location: Downtown Store Individual run analysis sessions to be scheduled after July 14 Group Run with Coach Greg Location: The Outdoor Campus July 21 Group Run with Coach Greg Location: Tuthill Park July 28 Group Run with Coach Greg Location: The Bridges Store August 4 Time Trial 5K with Coach Greg Location: The Bridges Store August 11 Wrap-Up Breakfast Location: Downtown Store Additional program details and communication will be shared with registered participants throughout the summer.
