    No Frills Group Run at The Bridges
    No-Frills Group Run at The Bridges Looking for a simple, community-focused run to start your weekend? Join us at 7 AM on select Saturdays at The Bridges for our no-frills group run—just runners, the open road, and the motivation to get moving. Here’s what to expect: We start together. Greg Koch, owner of 605 Running Company, lululemon run ambassador, Grandmas Marathon Grambassador and RRCA-certified coach, will lead a brief warm-up before heading out. Run your pace, your way. Since Greg will be running too, he won’t be pacing the group—bringing a friend or finding a partner at the start is encouraged. Plan ahead. The store will not be open for storage during the run and will not reopen until 9 AM. Be sure to keep essentials like keys, wallets, and phones with you. This is all about accountability, community, and getting out the door. No pacers, no post-run treats, no giveaways—just the joy of running together. If you’re looking for a welcoming, no-pressure way to get in some miles, this is for you. Mark your calendar, lace up, and let’s run!
