    Event Description

    At 605 Running Company, we know running is as much a mental challenge as it is a physical one. That’s why we’re launching a brand-new webinar series designed to help runners strengthen their mental game, overcome obstacles, and unlock their next breakthrough.

    Led by Lauren Vanee, a private running coach and licensed mental health therapist, this four-part series dives deep into the psychological aspects of running—from managing body image and stress to building confidence and resilience. Lauren brings her unique expertise in both sport and therapy to guide runners in cultivating mental strength, balance, and belief in their journey.
