Benson is RRCA Level II Certifed Running Coach and a competitive distance runner. The former Bulter CC. All American and The Univerisity of South Dakota Track and Cross Country stand out, has grown to become a decorated elite distance runner. He has won multiple local races and setting multiple course records. His coaching career began in 2017. Since then, he has helped coach individual high school athletes to State Championship titles, Runner up finishes, multiple personal best times and Boston Marathon qualifiers. Coach Benson works with any athlete from middle school, high school, college, roadrunners and ultra runners. Whether a beginner, intermediate or advanced runner, Coach Benson will work with you to help you achieve your running goals.
