    Lauren Vanee-Brouwer

    Lauren is a licensed mental health therapist, athlete, and running coach with a passion for helping people grow mentally and physically. Her background includes work with eating disorders, youth life adjustments, body image and self-esteem, anxiety, depression, and mood-related challenges.

    As an athlete and coach, Lauren understands the role confidence, community, and mental headspace can play in training, racing, and long-term success.
