A Sports Psychology/Mental Performance Coach works with athletes to enhance their mental approach to training, racing, and overall performance. In individual sessions, the coach provides personalized strategies to help athletes overcome mental barriers, manage race-day anxiety, stay focused during long runs, and build resilience. In session the athlete and coach will work on goal-setting, motivation, and maintaining a positive mindset, helping athletes develop the mental tools to stay consistent, push through challenges, and perform at their best. With a blend of psychological techniques and performance-focused coaching, the goal is to optimize the athletes mental strength and overall running experience.
